About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Musical Getaways LLC, doing business as MusicExperiences.com (“Music Experiences,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on MusicExperiences.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies may include local storage, pixels, and tags. They help the marketplace operate securely, remember choices, process bookings, and—only when permitted—measure how visitors use the site.
Cookie categories
- Essential cookies. These are required for security, fraud prevention, account access, saved privacy choices, carts, checkout, bookings, and other core marketplace functions. The site may not work correctly without them. Where permitted by law, we use these without requesting consent because they are necessary to provide the service you request.
- Analytics cookies. With your permission, analytics services may help us understand traffic, page performance, and how visitors use Music Experiences. These services may include Jetpack Stats and Google analytics tools configured through Site Kit. Analytics storage is denied by default until you grant analytics permission through our cookie controls.
- Marketing cookies. These may support advertising measurement or personalized marketing if we add those services. Marketing storage is denied by default and is not required to browse or book an experience. We request permission before enabling this category where required.
Your privacy choices
On your first visit, our privacy banner lets you Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage individual categories. You can change your selection later with the persistent Cookie preferences button on the site. Rejecting or withdrawing permission does not disable essential cookies.
You may also block or delete cookies in your browser. Browser controls vary by device and provider. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in, saved choices, checkout, payment verification, bookings, or other requested features from working correctly.
Third-party services
Some marketplace functions rely on service providers. WooCommerce and payment providers used through WooPayments may set cookies or use similar technologies that are necessary to secure checkout, prevent fraud, remember a payment session, or complete a transaction. Analytics providers receive permission signals through our consent controls. An embedded third-party service may also apply its own privacy terms when you choose to use it.
Third-party providers control their own cookies and retention schedules. Their practices are governed by their privacy notices as well as any agreements we have with them.
How long cookies remain
Session cookies generally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain until their set expiration date or until you delete them. Music Experiences stores the cookie-choice record for up to one year so the site can remember your selection. Other essential and permitted third-party cookies may have different lifetimes based on their purpose and provider settings.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects a consent choice, we may ask you to choose again.
