This is the plain-language cancellation schedule for marketplace experiences booked through MusicExperiences.com. It should be read with the Terms & Conditions.
Guest cancellations
- At least 7 days before the scheduled start: 100% of the eligible booking amount is refundable.
- From 2 through 6 days before the scheduled start: 50% of the eligible booking amount is refundable.
- Less than 48 hours before the scheduled start: the booking is non-refundable.
Processing, currency-conversion, and other transaction charges already incurred may be non-refundable. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; the payment provider controls posting time.
Host cancellations
If the host cancels or does not appear, the guest is eligible for a full refund of the booking amount paid through MusicExperiences.com. The platform may also take account action under the host standards.
Extraordinary circumstances
Musical Getaways LLC may review documented extraordinary circumstances individually, subject to the Terms & Conditions and applicable law. A review does not guarantee a refund.
To request a cancellation, use the booking tools in your account or contact info@musicexperiences.com. Do not arrange refunds off-platform.
