Take a tour of Cleveland’s historical origin of Rock and Roll with a local professor and musicologist. After touring the famed Rock & Roll Hall of fame, watch how records are created and pressed at a local record production shop. Then, take a tour of The Agora Theatre and Ballroom, an important venue in the life of DJ Alen Freed, who coined the term “Rock and Roll”- we will then travel across town to visit Allen Freed’s grave. Shaped like a jukebox, Freed’s memorial is often decorated with mementos from fans. We will end our tour around the corner at a 50’s style Diner- Tommy’s (which has plenty of vegan options!) for the full Rock history vibes.
